I am very proud of my years of service to the Southampton community and all we have accomplished.

Some of the many initiatives I brought forward that have ushered the Southampton Town Clerk's Office into one of the most modern and efficient in New York:

• Initiated state-of-the-art Records Management software and protocols to manage the Town Archives, barcoding record boxes, and file systems for faster access and retrieval for both the public and internal departments.

• Created a Town Historic Division and as the Guardian for that division have preserved thousands of pages of historical books, maps and documents making them accessible online.

• Implemented an Online BID/RFP process program for the Town of Southampton that now acts as the portal for over 3000 vendors, increasing participation in the bidding process and creating better pricing opportunities for Town contracts.

• Upgraded the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests to expedite records retrieval for the public.

• Created a Historic Cemetery Website with over 500,000 unique hits.

• Created online & print tour guides of historic destinations within the Town of Southampton.
